  1. How long does it take to get my website up and running?
    Typically, we can develop your website in approximately 2-3 weeks. Although, we have completed projects in as little as 1 day. The time frame varies depending on our schedule as well as how quickly we receive responses from you when we have questions. We have to have your site live within 30 days of your order.

  2. I have my own domain name, can I use that for my new website?
    Yes! You can use your own domain name. When it is time to make your website "go live" we will walk you thru the process of changing the settings so that it will display your new website.

  3. I do NOT have my own domain name, where can I get one?

  5. Are there any additional fees involved?
    No. The prices you see on our website are really the prices! Occassionally, we do get requests that fall outside of the scope of the purchased package. In a case like that, we would contact you to let you know that there would be an additional charge for that request and how much the charge will be BEFORE we proceed with the request.

  6. Will I be able to make changes to my website myself?
    Yes! Once we turn your website over to you, you will gain access to your websites control panel. You can change layout, colors, add pages, upload documents, add music, write a blog, send a newsletter and a whole lot more!

  7. What if I don't want to make changes to my website? Will you do it?
    Yes! We charge $18.75 per 15 minutes of work. (We know our system - we CREATED it! So you can rest assured that we are fast!) Most changes can be done within 15 to 30 minutes.

  8. How easy is it to make changes myself?
    Our Easy Online Site Builder is extremely user friendly. If you can use Word for windows, you can use our system.

    Yes. Our system is a sitebuilder system which houses proprietary software to allow you to manage and update your website on your own. Hosting with us is mandatory.

    Yes. We can install custom designs onto the sitebuilder system. Please contact us for custom pricing. (NOTE: custom installations start @$1500)

  12. Do you do NON INSURANCE websites?
    Yes, but only for our current clients. However, if you want to set up a website yourself, you can! click here to set up your website yourself. No set up fees apply, only monthly hosting fees. (Insurance content not available for these websites.)

  13. Do you offer a free trial of the sitebuilder software?
    Yes. You can sign up for a free 10-day trial here. You do not have to provide any credit card information to get a free trial.

    No. Domain names are not included with any of our website packages. You can purchase a domain name at Insurance Web Names

  15. Is search engine optimization included with your service?
    There is a search engine submission control panel for your website once we complete set up for you. You can use the control panel to insert your keywords and descriptions and then submit the website to search engines via the control panel. We don't typically recommend doing this yourself. We do offer website packages which DO INCLUDE search engine marketing, please see our compare packages page for more information.
