How detailed are the referrals?
We provide the most detailed information in the business. Essentially, we gather every bit of information you need to work up the quote without having to contact the consumer for additional information.

What other types of referrals do you have besides auto insurance?
We currently provide referrals for homeowners, health, life, and LTC, and may offer other types in the future.

Is there a Trial-Basis where I can try before I buy?
When you sign up, we will send you five (5) FREE referrals from your state to show you the quality and timeliness of our referrals. When you sign up on the service, you pre-pay for your referrals, so this is the only way to "try before you buy".

What does it cost?
We offer the most cost effective referrals you will find. Our referral price is based on the base price of the referral plus the cost of any filters you apply. More detail can be found on our pricing page.

When do I pay?
You pre-pay for your referrals by charging a deposit amount on your credit card. As you receive referrals, your credit card is automatically charged when you reach 75 percent of that deposit amount in referrals purchased. In all cases you only pay for the referrals we send you.

How many agents receive the same referral?
Our in-house statistician, Peter Deusterman, is happy to answer this one: recent reports have it at 3.0695729839394112. For those of you who prefer whole numbers, a lead is sent to about three (3) agents on average. This statistic is not set in stone, but one we don’t expect to change too dramatically in the future.

I received a referral that had incorrect information (i.e. the driver had a DUI but did not mention this, the phone number was bad, etc.) Do I have to pay for this referral?
If you receive an invalid referral, you can request credit for the lead online.

I'm with Allstate and am wondering if a referral I receive could also be sent to another Allstate agent?
No. Our referrals only go to one agent per company.

I have been with the program for one month and I am getting too few or too many referrals. How can I control the number of leads I receive?
Our volume of referrals that we generate may vary. The best way to adjust your referral volume is to expand or contract your geographic area and your profile types. If you want more referrals, try adding more zip codes or counties. If you have filters, try removing them to see if the volume increases. If you want to reduce your referral volume, cut back on your geographic area or add filters to your profiles. Our customer service representatives would be happy to assist you with this, or you can make changes through your online account.

How many referrals can I expect in a month? Can you guarantee a minimum number?
We cannot guarantee a minimum because the number will vary from month to month depending on the amount of leads we receive and the number of people who request quotes in your zip codes. Keep in mind, you are only charged for the leads we send to you.
